We owned, or were owned by, two pairs of Irish Terriers over a twenty-five year period.
The last two were Schooner, standing, and Kelley, sitting. All our Celtic pets were mindful of our Scottish, Irish, and Welsh heritages.

Experiences as Volunteers at the Goodhue County, Mn, Adult Detention Center
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nancy and I volunteered at the Goodhue County Adult Detention Center RW Jail
from April 12, 2002 until March 18, 2006. We found that some detainees could express
thoughts and feelings by writing poetry. During Spring 1995, Nancy got up to go to the loo. She fell over
our male Irish Terrier and damaged her face against the front, top edge of our dresser. As soon as care was
stable, she returned to her library duties at GCADC. Deputy Gloria Boldt encouraged F Unit detainees to
prepare a 9 in. x 12 in. welcome back card for Nancy.

A life summed up by words. Written by Jerry Trotterchaud.

On October 4, 2006, I sent a draft Letter-to-the-Editor of the Red Wing Republican Eagle, Anne Jacobson . It shares the good
feelings I got when walking our two Irish Terriers along a particular downtown street. It also
shares a view of them as they inspect a birdbath boulder placed in our wild yard by local developer,
Jeff Lawrence.
I used info from the 1962-63 Antarctica Field Season to make MySpace URL: http://www.myspace.com/crevassefield
The same info about Antarctica may be seen in a Tripod location:

In early November 2008, I updated a set of career pages. See

I contributed to an acoustics class for exceptional 4th/5th grade Red Wing Public School students, on behalf of teacher Gretchen Anderson. I took "acoustics" offline on May 14, 2009 to make room for wildflowers in http://mn_natura.tripod.com/our_wild_yard/
